It’s A Science

How could a retired science teacher like me NOT have the It’s A Science stamp set in my arsenal? It’s Sunday, and time to play with The Paper Players!

It's A Science

It’s time for our monthly color challenge, and the super-talented Anne Marie has a fun combination for us:

It's A Science

With four “potions” bubbling in this fabulous array of glassware, I felt the It’s A Science stamp set was a fun way to showcase these colors.  I opted to select Black as my neutral of choice.  I can’t wait to see what YOU create!

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips

On today’s card, I used Blender Pens and inks to color the solutions. Easy peasy, right? I glammed things up a wee bit by accenting some of the bubbles with clear rhinestones and adding a touch of Clear Wink of Stella to the clip on the clipboard. These simple details really stepped this card up a notch for sure!

I just love this Ann! This set was on my list too as Rebecca is heading to university to study BioChemistry – a must have! Perfect with your colours and I love the layout too with the black and white frame. Fabulous!

  2. Love, love, LOVE this, Ann! You completely made me add this set to my next order. Haha! Fantastic card!

  3. Ann, what a great card!. My daughter is a Middle School Science teacher. Great use of the colors. My favorite part is the rhinestones in the bubbles.

  4. What a cute card, Ann – the clear rhinestones on the bubbles was a stroke of brilliance! And I like how sparingly you used the colors, placing the emphasis on black and white.
    Xoxo, Fran

  5. This is definitely a perfect set for you! I love how you used just wee bits of the colors to make your little “lab” scene! The background papers are fun too!

  6. Ann, when I saw this set I thought of you and I should have known that you wouldn’t miss up the opportunity to buy it. What a fabulous use of the colors. Such a wonderful card

Absolutely adorable. I love the colors and was taken by the bubbles as soon as I saw them, then I read you “embellished” them. Great card. Thanks for sharing.
