I love making cards for my friends. I can’t wait to send out this pink and gold birthday card to someone who LOVES girly-girly things! It’s Sunday, and time to play with The Paper Players!
I have the pleasure of being your hostess this week. Because this is the fifth Sunday in a month, we all know what that means! It’s time for Tic-Tac-Toe! I have a very fun board, with a little bit of everything for everyone. I hit all the boxes, except for slimline, with my feminine birthday card in pink and gold. I can’t wait to see what YOU create!

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
Sometimes cards with many elements look difficult to make. But you know what? They really aren’t. They just take a little more time is all, and in the case of this card, cranking through the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss machine! I used the floral and grid Chic dies and the dainty floral stem Honeybee Blooms dies, placing them all on the same piece of matte finish Rose Gold paper. They were die cut in one fell swoop. How easy is that! The only stamping was the single Petal Pink blossom, and the gold heat embossed sentiment. The label die from Stylish Shapes fits the birthday sentiment from Wildflower Path perfectly!

Nueve’s Notes
Hey, everyone! It’s me, Nueve! I got to go the Big Park again. You know, the one by the Missy Pibby Ribber! It was super hot, though, and there were lots of bugs. They were awful. Mom wanted to get our pictures taken by a really old bench, with fuzzy green stuff growing on it, but the bitey bugs were really bad. Mom said they were “Moeskeetos”, but I think bitey-bugs is easier to say. We ended up sitting on a bench in the hot, hot sun.
It was so hot that my mouth dripped all over her. Luckily, Mom brings water for me. She gave me a drink from the bowl she carries in my bag. I thanked her by giving her a BIG Boxer kiss.
When we got home, Mom gave me some Frosty Paws to help me cool my insides. It was really good!
It tasted like peanut budder. I ate it all up by myself. Mom didn’t have any. She said Frosty Paws was a special treat just for good dogs like me. After all, I am a working dog! I am Good Boy Nueve!

I’ve been admiring this gorgeous card all week, sorry I’m late in getting to comment on it. The rose gold paper si so pretty, don’t know how I’ve missed that! You make combining several elements look effortless. Love this so much, Ann!

Beautiful card and a fun board for the challenge, Ann! I love the metallic pink on your card, great use of all the dies together. I struggle with collage-style cards so I bow to a master!
Absolutely beautiful, love this card. Thanks for the update Nueve you certainly write a great blog and I agree about the bity bugs they are annoying. You are so cute. Love hearing about your outings.
This card really does look so luxurious with the touches of gold, texture and pretty foil diecut details Ann – now I am going to have to get those papers lol! Sounds like Nueve’s outing was fun – except for the bitey-bugs, bless him!
Oh Nueve, I really enjoy your reports and your use of words. I agree with you, it is easier to say “bitey bugs”. I bet you had a wonderful day with reward and everything!!!!
