With a little Flirty Flamingo blush on the cheeks and Balmy Blue eye shadow, this little gal is ready to send her sincere thanks…and we had better feel special! The 2021 – 2023 In Colors provided a beautiful color palette, especially when paired with Pansy Petal paper. Of course, pearls make the perfect pansy centers.
