It’s time for the Festive Friday Challenge, where every challenge is a party! For FF0012, we are celebrating Friendship Day with a Yellow twist. You can create a card to celebrate Friendship Day, which happens to be August 5, or you can create a card or project that has the color yellow, or you can combine both! Whatever way you decide to create is fine with us! We would love to have you play along!

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
I actually created two cards using the same layout. The first card features a fun pattern from the Delightfully Detailed Memories & More Pack, while the second card features a floral pattern from the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper.
Both of them use a sentiment from the Eastern Beauty stamp set. “Cheater” bows and rhinestones are the only embellishments. After all, with papers this pretty, there is no need to add a lot of extras.
I love the bold design of the first card, and the feminine elegance of the second.
This layout is perfect for any paper and coordinating ribbon, and it is definitely quick and easy. I know I will be creating several more of these for my friends using the gorgeous papers Stampin’ Up! offers.
The Challenge Twists
As mentioned earlier, Festive Friday is a challenge with twists. If you do not wish to create a Friendship Day project, you could create a card or project featuring the color yellow. We offer alternatives for every challenge.
