“You’re so totally awesome!” What a wonderful way to brighten someone’s day! It’s time to play at Festive Friday – Home of the Inspo List!
For this week’s challenge, we are inspired by World Party Day. Remember, at Festive Friday you do not need to actually celebrate or make a card for the occasion featured. Your goal is to simply use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project. I used sparkle, celebratory sentiment, rhinestones, and layers to create my card. I can’t wait to see what YOU create!

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
Don’t you just love the Waves of the Ocean collection? I know I do. The waves created with the dies remind me of the power of nature. The sentiments are so affirming. And what can I say about the blue foil paper and the rhinestones? They are gorgeous. Although I opted to use the New Horizons designer series paper because I wanted the illusion of a sky after a storm, the Waves of the Ocean designer series paper is fabulous, too.
This is another one of those “The Paper Does All the Work” cards. Since only the sentiment is stamped, this is an easy card to replicate. It made us very sad when Mom explained that he was with Great Aunt Muffy, Great Uncle Brody and Aunt Lexi. Mom explained that he was very, very sick, and was hurting very badly, and that he wouldn’t get any better, so we had to say goodbye. But we weren’t ready to say goodbye yet. We still had games of chase and “bitey legs” to play with him, and snuggles to give. But, we didn’t want him to hurt. Mom said that sometimes the most loving decisions are the most difficult to make, and this was one of those times. I tried to make Sixxy feel better by putting my paw around her, but she was “griefing”.
