Floral and feminine, today’s friendship card will be sure to delight the recipient! It’s Sunday, and time to play with The Paper Players!
This week, the amazing LeAnne has an awesome sketch for us. Since I was in the need for a feminine friendship card, I saw an opportunity to use the Darling Details dies to create a sweet, floral frame in pink. While I definitely went floral and feminine, the sky is the limit as to what can be designed with this versatile sketch. I can’t wait to see what YOU create!

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
When I said today’s card was floral and feminine, I was not fibbing. This delightful designer paper is from the Delightfully Eclectic collection. In hindsight, I probably should not have combined the stripes and the delicate flowers, but I just could not help myself. The patterns reminded me so much of the wallpaper in my cousin Shelly’s bedroom when we were growing up. Three walls were a delicate pink floral very similar to this paper, while the wall behind her bed was pink stripes. And you know what else she had? WHITE carpeting! Yep, cousin Shelly did not live on a farm. No shoes were allowed in THAT bedroom! While today’s floral and feminine friendship card was not designed for Shelly, I have to make another one just for her. I know she will get a kick out of it! As for the intended recipient, she loves pink and anything girly-girly. I know she will not mind the rather busy stripes and floral combo.
