What better way to celebrate a beautiful spring day than with a “Happy Spring” card! It’s Sunday and time to play with The Paper Players.

The amazingly talented Elizabeth is hosting our Clean and Simple challenge this week. The theme she selected for us is “Bunny”. How fun is that! I can’t wait to see what YOU create! But remember, this is a CLEAN and SIMPLE challenge. Before you run off to gather your stamps, papers, and inks, keep in mind that when The Paper Players use the term “clean and simple”, we mean cards that:
Have minimal layers and embellishments
Have plenty of open space
Are simple and uncluttered

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
Oops, I did it again. I let the paper do all of the work, thanks to Storybook Moments, one of my all-time favorite designer series paper collections. It ticks off so many of my boxes: a vintage vibe, adorable critters, and lots of fun die cuts that can be used to create sweet scenes. Once again, I feel guilty about how easily this card came together. I used one of my favorite retired embossing folders to add texture to the card base. You might recognize it from Sale-A-Bration, Starstruck. Textured Notes dies were used to create a Basic Beige panel. Papa Bunny was cut from the designer paper using the Spotlight On Nature dies. The picket fence and bunnikins are die cuts included with the paper. The “Happy Spring” sentiment is from the Storybook Friends stamp set. Seriously, it doesn’t get easier than this!

Ann, the bunnies are absolutely adorable, but it is that white picket fence that stole my heart. The whole scene reminds me of something out of Beatrix Potter. I love the texture in the background and the sentiment layer being the same color as the base. Fabulous!
What a fun card! I had passed on that paper and now wish I had ordered it.
What a great way to use these little bunny images! Adorable scene, especially with the fence behind them! CUTE! Hope you had a great Easter!
This is a great design, Ann! I love the little ephemera bunnies and the picket fence bordering the scene in the circle die cut. Nothing wrong with letting the paper do the work, especially something as cute and sweet as these bunnies! I hope you have a great week and that Neuve continues to be the good boy for you!
This is just so adorable! When I see a card as stylish and well-designed as this one, I feel regret at not snapping up that suite! I hope you’ve had a wonderful Easter with family and friends.
Those bunnies are so sweet Ann – I almost bought these papers just for the bunnies, but resisted! They do look like they are having some wonderful gardening fun. Easter wishes to you!
One of the most adorable yet useful DSP yet! I have already gone through three packages in my classes and for my personal use. Your card gave me new ideas on using the paper…you are always thinking of new ways to use stamps, dies and paper!
Ann… what adorable images! Feels like they are from Peter Cottontail… so sweet. Great layout for those bunnies. Hope your Easter is fabulous.
Happy Easter!!! What an adorable card!!! It’s easy to let the paper do the heavy lifting when it is so cute!!! I love all the extra goodies that come with the paper!!!
I love this card. Thanks so much for sharing. I am heading to my craft room to make this🥰
HAPPY EASTER, My Friend! Could this card be any cuter??? I just love all the sweet bunnies. The embossed background and the fabulous die for the panel is perfect. I LOVE THIS CARD!
Happy Easter
