Welcome to Cards of Christmas Past – Part 2. Looking back at the holiday cards I created over the past years has certainly brought back memories. As I perused post after post looking for cards, I encountered so many stories of Muffy and Brody. And the year 2012 was the year when Lexi joined our family. There were also posts about Momma’s Candy and watching deer with my father. What wonderful memories the blog holds of those who are no longer with me! Let’s continue the trip down Stampin’ Up! memory lane!
2012 – 2016
What’s better than a dotted poinsettia with a pearl center?
Skaters made their appearance more than once! Some were cleaner, while others were distressed and speckled. And look! Pearls!
The Ornamental Pine stamp starred in more than one card!
Deer, realistically standing in the meadow or leaping in air, were favorites of mine, too!
There were stars in different styles…
and trees…
and cute little critters!
There were treats…
and tweets…
And snowmen!
And hopefully cards that spread joy!
Join me tomorrow for Cards of Christmas Past – Part 3: 2017 – 2022! And in case you missed it, check out yesterday’s post, Cards of Christmas Past – Part 1.
Until next time…
Hi Ann, I’m just hoping against hope that there might be tutorials or dimensions for some of your Cards of Christmas Past, are there any please? Cheers and Thankyou, Merry Christmas to you and yours, Marilyn in the UK
Ann, thanks for sharing the Christmas past cards. I remember all those sets and so fun to see these cards again. Merry Christmas to you and your family and a Happy and Blessed New Year.
Oh Ann, your cards just overwhelm me with beauty, but the Ornamental Pine ones are my favorite. Absolutely gorgeous. It amazes me that a science (I think) teacher, is also so creative, and so dog loving. What a woman!!! Merry Christmas and try to keep the happy parts in your mind and heart.
It is like receiving in the mail all these beautiful cards. Thanks Ann!!
WOW! What wonderful memories. Thank you so much for sharing! Really appreciate it💕
So glad you are showing these, all so very pretty.
Always enjoy seeing the cards you make. So pretty!!!
I still have and use Ornamental Pine and Scentsational Season. Love both of them.
I remember most of these. They are all spectacular! I donated almost all of my SU stamp sets since we are moving from our house to an apartment but kept about 30 including the gingerboy/mug set and the mittens set. Sadly donated the ice skating couple but someone else can now enjoy it, and the others. Thanks for sharing, Ann, and Merry Christmas!
Thanks for the trip down memory lane! So fun to revisit oldies but goodies!
Part 1 and 2 were refreshing! Thank you again! Fun to see your pearls again!
Here in NC, we woke to 57 degrees! This evening, right now it is 32 degrees!
We are expected to dip into the teens overnight.
Went out at about 3pm to cover my gardenias plants/bushes and pulled into the garage, the peas and hydrangeas that started to bud again!
Looks good a week from today though! We should be back up into the 60’s by then!
Crazy!
Beautiful assortment of cards from the past, I still want to make some of these. Thanks for sharing. Have a Merry Christmas
Enjoyed seeing all your past Christmas cards. A blast from the past.
Hope you’re stying warm.
Woke up to 11 deg. this morning and wind chill below zero. Right now it’s 22 but going to get colder later on this evening
