With you I’m never lost! What a wonderfully romantic sentiment! It’s Sunday, and time to play with The Paper Players!
For this week’s challenge, the sweet and talented LeAnne has a sketch for us. The three elements on the left can be any shape. In my case, I selected a Volkswagen van, a large circle, and a tree. I can’t wait to see what YOU create!

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
Today’s card was a fun one to create, simply because it features so many awesome die cuts from the He’s the Man designer series paper collection. And there is absolutely no stamping! In order to have the “With You I’m Never Lost” circle stand out against the delightful camping pattern, I added a Cajun Craze Deckled Rectangle, and then adhered the circle to it. I LOVE these new dies! The tree die cut was placed next, followed by the van, which was popped up on dimensionals. I like the card better without the “You’re The Best” die cut, but I wanted to stay true to LeAnne’s sketch by including the sentiment.

Notes from Nueve
It’s me, Nueve! I got more news to tell you! I got to go to another dog show! I am so excited. I did really good, except for the Gigantic Man Judge. He really scared me. Mom said he was over 6 feet tall! My dad said he was about 6 feet 5 inches tall. But I don’t think either of them was right. He was about a million of my feet tall, not just six of them.
I LOVE my new friend, Michelle. She protected me from the Gigantic Man Judge! She’s a lot of fun. She tells me secrets.
She tells me jokes. Sometimes I don’t get them, but she laughs, so I do, too.
She also points out interesting things. Did you know there are dogs that don’t have any fur? And there are dogs that have spots all over their bodies? There are! There really are. Michelle pointed them out to me!
But most of all, I love Michelle because Michelle LOVES me!
I got lots of pretty ribbons at the show! And people clapped for me! I like working at being handsome and making people smile. After all, I am a working dog! I am Good Boy Nueve!

Ann, I so need this sentiment!!! Lou and I have been lost so many times (because he wouldn’t ask for directions) but, for the most part we have had some wonderful memories in those times we got lost. Except for the time that we almost drove into the river late at night! Mind you, even that occasion was memorable! What a fabulous card, a great take on the sketch and thank you for evoking some fun memories!
hugs
jaydee
Super cute, Ann! Love how you showcased this manly suite. 🙂
Such fabulous pictures of Nueve, love that he is winning and enjoying his work. As for your work, Ann, I am a big fan and I love your take on the sketch! I am always amazed and love to hear about your process. Adding the Cajun rectangle is such a great idea, you’ve combined these masculine elements perfectly.
I love that we used the same set of DSP for our cards and they came out looking totally different 🙂 Love the greens and browns on your card and the sweet sentiment! And congrats to Nueve for doing so well at the dog show!
Ann, this is soooo creative! I love your take on the sketch! Your card is so perfect for a masculine card and the sentiment is so perfect! WOW! Nueve is the BOMB!!!!!! I love him! Give him a warm hug for me!
What a great combination of elements for a fun masculine card Ann – these papers are a revelation aren’t they with those diecut pieces included. Congratulations too to Nueve – he is taking the show world by storm!
Ann, what a great masculine card! Really liked how you used the elements for the sketch! And way to go Nueve! Have a great week!
This is one of the best suites in the new catalog and I love how you used the elements for the sketch! The colors are great and I just love it all! I wonder if the guys for whom we make these cards appreciate them as much as we do!!!
And of course, Nueve is always full of fun too! Thanks for making my sketch look great!
Love the card! Wow Nueve! You are rockin the shows with your talent! Good job! Love your ribbons!
Love the card! I think that saying is very romantic! Congratulations Nueve on those pretty ribbons!!
Great card as always. But, I think the Nueve and Michelle photos stole the limelight with their captions!
Ann, your card is fabulous, I also would be lost with this combination of colors, thank you for the inspiration.
And I have to say, WOW, WOW, WOW, the pictures of Nueve are amazing, what a gorgeous doggie she is, congratulations on winning all of those ribbons, she deserves them.
But you have a lot to do with that, she is one lucky and totally loved doggie!!!!
Thank you for sharing.
Stay healthy and safe.
XO
Maria.
Oh Ann, that card is fantastic! I wouldn’t have a clue what to do with that stamp set or those colors, and you made them sing! And Nueve, you sure do know how to write well – I loved your article. Thanks for sharing, both of you.
