Would you like to add a little sparkle to someone’s life? How about this sparkly snowman card! It’s Friday, and time to play at Festive Friday – Home of the Inspo List!
For this week’s challenge, we are inspired by Winter Solstice. Remember – at Festive Friday, you do not need to actually celebrate the occasion. Your goal is to simply use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project. I used blue, purple, snowflakes, snowman, metallics and trees on my card this week. I can’t wait to see what YOU create!

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
The Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine certainly got a workout on today’s sparkly snowman card! The Winter Snow embossing folder was used to create the snowy sky, while the Tasteful Textile embossing folder adds a touch of texture to the Home Together die cut hills. Dies from the In the Woods collection were used to die cut the Sparkle Glimmer paper trees. Sadly, Sparkle Glimmer paper is retired, but I still had some pieces of it left. This looked like the perfect place to use them up. However, Silver Foil would a perfect substitute, and would coordinate with the small silver trees in the background.
I used a Blender Pen and Gorgeous Grape ink to color our snowman’s hat and scarf. A Holiday Rhinestone was used to accent the holly on the hat. I selectively inked the word “sparkle” in a sentiment from the Snowflake Wishes set. I then snipped it out and added extra “sparkle” using an old Clear Jelly Roll pen I had found when I was doing a little organizing. Surprisingly it still worked.

Absolutely gorgeous. Snowman and shimmer–perfect winter card.
I love the etching on your snow person, the metallic and glittery touches, and the purple hat and scarf. Wonderful, snowy scene.
This is cute Ann! A snowman and plenty of sparkle – can’t go wrong! Such a good inspo list too – I will have to try and find time to play along with this one!
