Elegant Any Occasion Card for Festive Friday

Are there times when you would like to send a card, for no other reason than just because? I know I have those times.  That’s why I created today’s elegant any occasion card.  It’s time for another Festive Friday Challenge!

This week we are inspired by National Lucky Penny Day.  At Festive Friday, you do not need to actually celebrate the occasion.  Your goal is to simply use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project. I selected stripes, circles, and embossing folder from the Inspo List in creating today’s card.  I hope you will join us in our challenge this week. I can’t wait to see what YOU create!

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips

What could more elegant than black and white, satin and rhinestones?  The entire card reminds me of a formal soiree.  The striped paper pairs perfectly with the squares pattern, tied together by their colors, while the rhinestones and black satin are reminiscent of elegant formal wear.

I absolutely love the Forever Blossoms stamp set, and I am so happy it is carrying over into the next Annual Catalog.  Sadly, however, the Colorful Seasons stamp set, which is the source of my sentiment, is being retired.  You can check out the Last Chance Lists to see all of the retiring products later in today’s post.
