For this week’s challenge, we are inspired by International Dog Day. What a wonderful way to honor our furry friends! Remember, at Festive Friday you do not need to actually celebrate or make a card for the occasion featured. Your goal is to simply use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project. I used dog, twine, spots, texture, and neutral colors to create my card. I can’t wait to see what YOU create!

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
There is one reason why I bought the In The Moment stamp set: The image of the young woman reading the book, dog by her side, tugged at my heart strings. How many times has this been me! I kept today’s card very simple, in order to allow this sweet image to take center stage. Subtle color was added with Blender Pens and ink. The scene was framed using a Layering Diorama die. The effect is as if we are are on the outside looking in, sneaking a peek at this private and loving moment.
