This week I am hosting our monthly sketch challenge. It’s a fun, versatile sketch. Although it does not state it, the circle can be any shape. I was inspired to make my card a fun fold one after a member of our talented design team said it reminded her of a fun fold card. You are more than welcome to do the same, if you want. When I first saw the Regal Winter designer series paper in the Mini Catalog, I was blown away with its beauty. I couldn’t wait to play with it. It is so lovely. I regret that I did not buy the Regal Flora stamp set to go with it. However, at the time I thought to myself, “Oh, Ann, you already have so many floral sets, you really don’t need another.” I wish I would have had it in my arsenal in order to create the flowers for my circle. Instead, I used the Flowers of Beauty set and stamped the flowers in coordinating colors. Summer Splash glimmer paper added a lovely “splash” of bling. Opening up reveals a Lost Lagoon/Pool Party pattern from the Thoughtful Journey designer series paper collection.
