I love sending “Thinking of You” cards. I also love floral cards. So what could be better than a floral thinking of you card? How about a clean and simple one! It’s Sunday and time to play with The Paper Players.

It is Clean and Simple week at The Paper Players, hosted by the talented Jaydee! Her goal for us is to create a clean and simple card with a floral theme. What a beautiful gallery this should be! I can’t wait to see what YOU create. But before you head off to gather your stamps, papers and inks, please stop by and leave my incredible Design Teammates, who work so hard to inspire you weekly, some “Comment Love”. It brightens our day! Just remember it is Clean and Simple week. Make sure your creations meet the following criteria:
Have minimal layers and embellishments
Have plenty of open space
Are simple and uncluttered

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
Rarely is a sentiment the star of my cards, but with its delicate font, the “Thinking of You” sentiment from the Forever Florals set IS the star of the show today. It was inked in Tuxedo Black ink and stamped onto Basic White cardstock. The coordinating Forever Florals die was used to cut it out. It was “popped” atop a deeply embossed panel created using the Paradise Garden hybrid embossing folder. The texture created by this folder is amazing! A delicate font deserves a delicate floral spray as an accent. This one is from the appropriately named Delicate Whispers stamp set. It was colored using Bubble Bath and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends®. To add a wee bit more dimension, I added a trio of delicate blossoms, which were die cut from Bubble Bath Pastels Shimmer Paper using the little flowers found in the Swirled Designs dies. Of course, even a clean and simple card deserves a little bling. Simple rhinestones did the trick!
