Happiness abounds for a friend of mine, and I am going to let her know I am thinking of her with this sweet card. It’s Sunday, and time to play with The Paper Players!
This week, the talented Joanne has an amazing sketch for us. I felt it was a wonderful one for showing off the new Hues of Happiness designer series paper, as well as the Happiness Abounds bundle, with its fabulous dies. Plus, it was perfect for creating a card to celebrate my friend’s victory in her battle against cancer. Happiness abounds indeed! I can’t wait to see what YOU create!

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
“Let the dies and the paper do the work” should be the tagline for this card. The flowers and leaves were die cut from Hues of Happiness designer series paper, using coordinating Blossoming Happiness dies. Only the sentiment, in this gorgeous font, is stamped. It, along with other beautiful sentiments, can be found in the Happiness Abounds stamp set. All of these products will be available May 3rd when the new 2022 – 2023 Annual Catalog goes live.

Notes from Nueve
Hey, everyone! Guess what! I got a new toy! I got it when my mom took me to the Horsin Hound dog food store. I didn’t have to do anything special either. The man who owned the store just gave it to me! I think he could tell by looking that I was a good boy. There were even people there who gave me treats and played with me, ’cause I was good boy!
My new toy is great for snuggling with when my mom is not around.
I am going love it forever! And I am not going to tear it up.
Thank you, Mr. Horsin Hound, for ‘preciating all of the work I do. I am a working dog. I am Good Boy Nueve!
(Added by Mom: I would like to thank everyone at Horse and Hound Country Store for making Nueve’s visit delightful, and for the free toy. He carried it into the house from the van all by himself, and he hasn’t left it alone. He even took it outside when he had to go out and do “Good Boy” things!)

So, so beautiful Ann!! I love these papers and the flowers layer perfectly for the sketch. I love the peek-through of the colour behind the diecut on the white panel too. Way to go for rocking my sketch!
Your card is making me regret not getting the Hues of Happiness stuff on my preorder, this looks amazing! Love the die shapes on the bottom right corner, and I will definitely be giving this suite another look when it’s time to do my next order 🙂 Congratulations to your friend for winning her battle, that is fabulous news indeed!
WOW!!!!! Ann, this is gorgeous! Your friend is going to cherish this beauty! I love the shades of blue and green and those flowers are fabulous! Sweet Nueve is the best!
Such a stunning card! Love the rich colors especially!!
This card is gorgeous Ann. This set is on my list along with the designer paper. I love that you can make some fairly simple cards and have them look so beautiful.
That is such a beautiful card! Love the colors. Nueve is such a lucky “good boy, working dog” to get a free toy . Very special family member.
I was really telling myself I did NOT need more floral paper/dies/stamps, but everything, including this, that I’ve seen with these papers is fabulous! What a beauty! Your friend will truly appreciate this wonderful card, so striking!
What a lovely card; the colors, the layout and that bundle set. ( that set I have on my wish list )
Nueve; cute new toy you have there. You being spoiled; not a chance, and if so; you’re worth spoiling, cause you’re such a beautiful boy and a good boy at that.
Thunderstorms here; moved in earlier this morning and is now pouring down rain. Expecting 1-3 inches
Take care, stay safe & stay healthy
Hugs 2 U Nueve
Oh Anne this is beautiful and I’m so glad I have all of those same stamp sets and supplies to make it too. You and I have such similar taste, but your designs are the the BEST!
So beautiful! The colors are so pretty together. What a fun sketch and to see how everyone uses it!
PRETTY card Ann!
Such a lovely, feminine card, Ann! Your friend will love it! The papers and trellis die are gorgeous, and I love the rich colors.
Happy to see nueve’s new toy!
Ann, great minds think alike as I used that stamp set too!! It’s gonna be great with the stamps, dies and papers!! Perfect use of the sketch! Have a great week!
Love the background theme on this lovely card. Looking at it reminds me of eyelet material.
Awesome card! Nueve is so special! And handsome! He could have helped us stay calm with all the vicious winds the past two days! He could have helped me hold the ladder so it wouldn’t blow over while hubby was on the roof putting bricks on shingles! Ugh! Hope you don’t get storms or have had them this week. Love your card and Nueve!
Beautiful card! Particularly like the shades of blue and green together. And then there’s the good boy – heartmelting pictures!! Hugs to you all.
