How about a Beautiful Bouquet thank you card to brighten someone’s day? It’s Sunday, and time to play with The Paper Players.
This week, Joanne has a cheery color challenge for us. These are colors that will surely brighten anyone’s day! Since I always need thank you cards, I hope you will enjoy this one I created using the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set.
The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
Sometimes the cards which look difficult to make, really are not. This is so true of today’s card. All it takes is time and a lot of cranking the Big Shot handle. I usually begin by stamping more flowers and die cutting more leaves than I think I will need. After all, I can always save what I don’t use for another card. I start by placing blossoms first, popping a few up on dimensionals. Then I add foliage into the spots where needed.
Clear faceted gems and large rhinestones add bling, while a Lovely Lipstick bow adds texture and helps to balance the challenge colors.
What makes a better background for florals than the Basket Weave embossing folder? While I debated on using a Balmy Blue card base, I decided this embossed panel looked better on white.

Another gorgeous bouquet card, Ann. the basketweave embossing folder was the perfect background and I love that you kept it white. It adds fabulous texture yet it doesn’t distract the eye from that beautiful bouquet with the gem centers!

We used different sets but had the same idea this week! Sometimes it’s nice to just stamp and crank the Big Shot for a while! I love your cheery bunch of flowers – beautifully paired with basket embossed border too. Fabulous!
