Ready for a Two-Tone Flora Thank You card? It’s Sunday, and time to play with The Paper Players!
For this week’s Color Challenge, the amazing Claire has a beautiful palette of hues for us. I immediately thought of flowers when I saw it, and viewed it as an opportunity to ink up my new Two-Tone Flora set. Will you use flowers, or something else? I can’t wait to see what YOU create!
The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
I will admit that I am a pushover for a pretty floral stamp set, especially those that involve the two-step stamping process. The Two-Tone Flora set does not disappoint. I used Highland Heather for the main stamp, and Orchid Oasis for the detailed overlay. Parakeet Party was used for the leaves. Of course, the coordinating Two-Tone Flora dies make cutting out the images a breeze. Clear rhinestones accent the center of the flowers, while a Parakeet Party bow adds to the sparkle.

Nueve’s Corner
Hi! It’s me, Nueve! I have so much news to share with you, I don’t know where to start. I got to go play show dog last weekend. We left on Wednesday, and went to St. Paul, Minniswota. It was just me, Mom and Dad. Sixxy and Uncle Q had to go stay with my friend, Rose. When we got to Minniswota there was SO much snow! I could see it from my motel room. Mom put a pillow covered by one of my towels so I could rest my head while I watched cars and people. One girl saw me and told her mom I was there. They took lots of pictures of me.
Mom packed lots of toys for me to play with in the motel room. I’m really good about unpacking my own bag. I can even pack things back up, but I just put them into whatever bag I want.
I hadn’t seen my best friend, Michelle the Handler, in MONTHS!!! I was so happy to see her, and she was so happy to see me. She always snuggles me and gives me kisses.
Except for my Mom’s , Michelle kisses are the BEST.
I showed really, really good for Michelle, and got a ribbon for being Best of Breed. It made my Mom cry, ’cause she said her little boy was growing up.
Afterwards, my Mom gave me a BIG hug and bought me a toy. She and Dad and Michelle were SO happy. They all had big smiles on their faces. Making people smile is just one of my many jobs. I am a working dog. I am Good Boy Nueve!
