It’s Thursday, and time to play with Pals Paper Arts! This week we have a color challenge for you: Crumb Cake, Crushed Curry, Rich Razzleberry. I decided to use Crumb Cake as the primary color, and add Rich Razzleberry and Crushed Curry as accent colors. I hope you enjoy today’s easy card!
The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
This finished card measures 4-1/4″ wide by 5-1/2″ long.
- Razzle-licious! Rich Razzleberry ink and a Blender Pen were used to lightly tint the flowers on this gorgeous Apothecary Art image. Just a smidge of Crushed Curry was added to the center of each. Of course, each blossom’s beauty was enhanced with a Pearl.
- Bow-licious! A Chevron Ribbon Crushed Curry bow adds just the perfect “pop” of cheery color to brighten one’s birthday.
- Sentiment-a-licious! The focal image and the beautiful bow were tied together with color. Crushed Curry was used to mat the sentiment, which was inked in Rich Razzleberry and stamped onto Crumb Cake card stock.
With its mix of textures and its rich colors backed against neutral Crumb Cake, today’s card is delightfully feminine without being overdone. Plus…it is quick and easy, which is a plus! What do you think of today’s card? Won’t you let me know in today’s comment? Your comments are always so important to me. Of course, if you ever have any questions about the cards I create or the techniques I use, I am only an email away. Until next time…
