It’s Sunday, and time to play with The Paper Players. This week we are hosting a sketch challenge. This sketch seemed perfect for showcasing the Bright and Beautiful stamp set from the new Holiday Catalog. It is available to order August 28th. Enjoy the peek at this new set!
The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
This finished card measures 5-1/2″ wide by 4-1/4″ long.
- Lovin’ the layers! Embossed with gold and with white, the medium and small Star images from Bright and Beautiful make a statement when layered atop each other. The coordinating Star Framelits make cutting them out a snap!
- Lovin’ Under the Tree! Under the Tree Specialty Designer Series Paper contains cardstock-weight kraft sheets that are color printed on one side while white printed patterns are on the other side. This particular pattern looks gorgeous when paired with Brushed Gold cardstock.
- Lovin’ the banners! Although it’s not specifically holiday paper, the metallic patterns in the Gold Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper collection adds a festive touch to this car
I am so in love with this year’s Holiday Catalog! My son, Brady, who has been my right-hand-man this July, thinks this set is going to be one of the holiday hits this year. What do you think? Although this card is lovely and layered, I can’t wait to ink it up and create some clean and simple beauties! As always, if you have any questions about the cards I create or the techniques I use, I am only an email away! Until next time…
