It’s Sunday, and time to play with The Paper Players.  This week we are hosting a sketch challenge.  This sketch seemed perfect for showcasing the Bright and Beautiful stamp set from the new Holiday Catalog. It is available to order August 28th.  Enjoy the peek at this new set!

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
This finished card measures 5-1/2″ wide by 4-1/4″ long.

• Lovin’ the layers! Embossed with gold and with white, the medium and small Star images from Bright and Beautiful make a statement when layered atop each other.  The coordinating Star Framelits make cutting them out a snap!

• Lovin’ Under the Tree! Under the Tree Specialty Designer Series Paper contains cardstock-weight kraft sheets that are color printed on one side while white printed patterns are on the other side.  This particular pattern looks gorgeous when paired with Brushed Gold cardstock.

• Lovin’ the banners! Although it’s not specifically holiday paper, the metallic patterns in the Gold Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper collection adds a festive touch to this car

I am so in love with this year’s Holiday Catalog! My son, Brady, who has been my right-hand-man this July, thinks this set is going to be one of the holiday hits this year.  What do you think?  Although this card is lovely and layered, I can’t wait to ink it up and create some clean and simple beauties! I can choose which it shall be.”  As for me, I choose happiness!  And I also chose “Choose Happiness” as the July Lesson of the Month stamp set.  Here are the three projects we will be creating this month, each designed with specific objectives in mind.  

Card #1:  Distressed Collage

This month’s lesson will include the following:

• the Choose Happiness clear stamp set (C 134198, $17.95).  Already own this set? You may substitute any set of any value up to $19.95.
• Chevron Tag a Bag Gift Bags (131370, $3.95)
• two completed cards (envelopes not included) and 1 gift tag
• emailed pdf project sheets which contain step-by-step instructions and photos on how to complete each project, including measurements
• item numbers for each product used
• a private link to video lessons for each one of the projects, discussing how it was created and demonstrating how to do the techniques used
• email assistance to answer any questions you may have about the cards

This is NOT a card kit. Each card is a completed card designed by me.  Due to the fact that I create all cards myself, class sizes are strictly limited to the first 30 enrollees.

• You will have until 12:00 Noon (CST) on the 29th of this month to email me that you will be participating and to pay your PayPal invoice, which will be emailed to you.  My email addresses are: ann@thestampinschach.com and kimschach@msn.com. Either one is fine.  Sets will be ordered after 12:00 Noon CST on the 29th.  The tutorials and video links will be emailed to you by July 31st.
• The cards and tag will be mailed as I get them completed.  I create each card personally, and depending upon the number of subscribers, it does take time to complete the projects. 
• There is no commitment.  You can subscribe one month, and opt out the next.  However, you will receive a surprise valued between $3.95 – $5.95, for every three months you enroll (on your 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th month…).
