Stamp with Me?

Convention Black and White    Have you had a long week?  Do you need a fun night out with friends?  Would you like to learn new techniques?  I have the answer for you!  Let me plan a fun night out where everybody wins!  Your friends get free Sale-A-Bration items, you get host benefits…and everybody gets to stamp!

  • I design your party or your class to fit your needs…from beginning stampers to seasoned pros!
  • I provide the inspiration, the instruction, and the treats…you provide the friends.
  • You can decide on the time frame: from 60 minute get-togethers after work to 2-1/2 hour technique classes.
  • All you have to provide are the names of 6 to 8 friends, a date and a time.  My home or yours? You decide!
  • If you are long distance, let me provide you with a “Party Pack” and a video!

I am currently booking parties for the middle of March and beyond.  Please contact me today to reserve your date!

PicMonkey CollageThis month’s lesson takes a masculine twist with the vintage-style set, Guy Greetings. You will receive one completed sample…and the “makings” to make all three cards. You will need to use your new stamps, inks, and adhesives, but I will supply you with pre-cut cardstock and designer paper, as well as punched items, buttons and ribbon. How fun will it be to stamp and assemble while reading your tutorial and watching the video! The Lesson of the Month is like stampin’ with me in my kitchen!

  • 1 Completed Sample Card.  The sample card this month is Card #1: Anchors Away.

From the Herd for The Paper Players

From the HerdIt’s Sunday, and time to play with The Paper Players! The talented Sandy is hosting a sketch challenge this week.  The moment I saw the sketch, I immediately thought of the From the Herd stamp set.  So I pulled out my Blendabilities and went to town coloring this adorable image. I hope you enjoy today’s card.pp233

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
This finished card measures 4-1/4″ wide by 5-1/2″ long.

  • Peek-a-boo! This cutie-patootie herd of big-eyed animals resides behind the card front. The Soft Sky panel was punched using the 2-1/2″ Circle Punch, while I used a Circles Collection Framelit for the Whisper White card base.  I used Blendabilities to color the critters. From the Herd-001
  • What’s a party without balloons and hats?  The body of the goat and the head of the llama were stamped and colored a second time, snipped out, and adhered to the outside of the circle. For a touch of whimsy, the goat sports a trio of balloons tied to his tail, while the llama has donned a party hat.

  • Add a birthday banner!  A “Happy Birthday” banner was created, and tucked behind the goat.  I used the Hexagon Punch to “V” the end.  It’s a perfect “V” every time!

IMG_1565“Cute” cards are tough ones for me to design, so I really appreciate those who do a fabulous job with them.  What about you? Is there a specific type of card that is a bugaboo for you? Won’t you let me know in your comment today?  Your comments are important to me, and I do read each and every one of them.  Of course, if you have any questions about the cards I create or the techniques I use, I am only an email away.  Until next time…
