This week is Color Challenge week and I have the pleasure of being your hostess. I selected a quartet of hues: Calypso Coral, Lost Lagoon, Mossy Meadow, Petal Pink. If you do not have these exact colors, feel free to substitute with similar ones. While I went the floral route, I can’t wait to see what YOU create. But before you head off to gather your stamps, papers and inks, please remember to stop by and leave my incredible Design Teammates, who work so hard to inspire you weekly, some “Comment Love”. It brightens our day!
The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
A trio of Petal Pink flowers, with Calypso Coral shading, forms the focal point of today’s card. The floral images and sentiment are from the Lovely Arrangements stamp set. This set, with its coordinating dies, is one of my favorite January Online Exclusives releases. With its variety of sentiments, it is a very versatile set. Versatile sets are always great investments. I used the dies to create the Petal Pink “Rectangle of Circles” backdrop, the sentiment label, and the fun little cutouts on the card base, through which Mossy Meadow peeks. The Lost Lagoon leaves were die cut from a Brushed with Beauty designer series paper pattern. In addition to the leaf dies from the Lovely Arrangements bundle, I also used the gorgeous large Nature’s Symphony leaf die. Of course, every card deserves a little bling. May your day by as sparkly as these rhinestones!

Happy Birthday, Nueve and Sixx!
This Tuesday the Twins will be celebrating their sixth birthday! It’s hard to believe it has been six years since the Party of Ten made their entrance into the world. Baby Sixx was the sixth puppy to make her presence known. Even then she was a little Princess, with her white stockings looking like evening gloves.
Four hours later, after Sevine and Ocho, little Nueve appeared. He was so very handsome and so, so sweet.
Our lives have been blessed with Sixx and Nueve. There is never a dull moment with the Twins in the house. Always together and always a hoot, they are each other’s best company.
Keeping watch over the neighborhood, they are always on the lookout for the Amazon man. In their world, it is a well-known fact an Amazon delivery means toys and treats.
Of course, they are always checking to see if Mom is close by.
And as the day draws to a close, they are always ready to snuggle in the big chair.
Happy Birthday to all the members of The Party of Ten, including the three who didn’t fit in the bed!
