Snowflakes In Pink For PP769

Winter is making herself known here in SE Iowa, with cold temperatures and skifts of snow. Weather like this is perfect for spending time with a cup of hot tea, a good movie, and my favorite stamps. It’s Sunday and time to play with The Paper Players!

Snowflakes in pink

It’s Clean and Simple Week with the amazing Joanne hosting. She has a timely theme for many of us: Signs of Winter. While I went for snowflakes in Bubble Bath pink, there are so many iconic signs of winter from which to choose. I can’t wait to see what YOU create. But before you head off to gather your stamps, papers and inks, please stop by and leave my incredible Design Teammates, who work so hard to inspire you weekly, some “Comment Love”. It brightens our day! Just remember it is Clean and Simple week. Make sure your creations meet the following criteria:

Have minimal layers and embellishments
Have plenty of open space
Are simple and uncluttered

Wouldn’t it be lovely if snowflakes came in shades of pink? The wonderful thing about the stamping world, is that snowflakes can be any color you want! I used the Snowflake Kisses dies to die cut these beauties from Bubble Bath Pastels Shimmer paper. Simple rhinestone centers enhance their sparkle while Silent Snowfall specialty paper serves as the perfect backdrop. The sentiment is from the Snowflake Kisses stamp set. It was inked in Lost Lagoon and stamped onto a scrap of Silent Snowfall paper. The coordinating label die is from the Snowflake Kisses die set. Easy-peasy, right?
