This week the fabulous LeAnne has an amazing sketch for us. I saw it as an opportunity to showcase the Doggone Friendly stamp set and created a card for Nueve to give to his good friend, Michelle. Michelle is always so appreciative of the cards Nueve gives her. I think she will LOVE this one. With so many options for this sketch, I can’t wait to see what YOU create!

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
What a treat the Doggone Friendly stamp is! Although it is a large background stamp, I selected four pups from the larger image to color and fussy cut. Each one sits atop its own Perennial Postage square. This sentiment, from Wonderful Thoughts, seemed absolutely perfect for this card. A trio of black adhesive backed sparkle gems are the perfect accents.

Hi Ann, I made your card but changed dogs, color of dogs, DSP . I Love the card which is no surprise. The layout I did the same using the Cherry Cobbler, I used some older Soft Suede plaid.

Wonderful card for Michelle. I want to think that Teddy would give me a similar card. I don’t think I told you that Teddy was diagnosed with a big tumor in his spleen that has gone into his blood vessels and going to other organs. He looks so healthy and happy but the shaved belly from his ultrasound reminds us otherwise. He is eating and drinking well and taking lots of long walks. His card would have the basset hound on it. Hugs!
