It’s Thursday and time to play with the Sketch Team at Pals Paper Arts! The talented Dawn Tidd is this week’s featured designer. Don’t you love her sketch? I felt it was crying out for me to use Stampin’ Up!’s Botanical Builder framelits. These have to be my favorite product from the Occasions Catalog!
Since I was out of wedding/anniversary cards, I decided to create one to have on hand. Because of the silver foil and rhinestones, it was difficult to capture the beauty of this card in a photograph. But I am such a fan of white-on-white cards with metallic accents, I just had to use them. Enjoy!
The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
This finished card measures 5-1/4″ square when folded.
Soft and subtle! I used a Blender Pen with Blushing Bride and Soft Sky inks to add just a hint of color to the petals of these blossoms. The dots were applied using the 01 Width Project Life Journaling Pen.
Rhinestones grace the centers of the flowers and the stem of the leafy frond. I absolutely LOVE the flowers and leaves created with the Botanical Builder Framelits.
A double Whisper White Satin bow adds elegance. Glue Dots adhere it to a Silver Foil circle, which had been scored using a Simply Scored with Diagonal Plate.
The result is elegance from any angle!
And if you prefer a traditional 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ card, the result is equally as pretty!

Wow this is just drop dead gorgeous! Rhinestones instead of pearls? Whichever, you use this is so pretty. Love the foil sheets a fun textural element with the EF. What is there not to love about this? This is a wedding present in itself!
