join_1Most of us are familiar with Stampin’ Up!’s Starter Kit.  It’s a great value.  For $99 and free shipping, you receive $125 worth of merchandise.  Plus there is the ongoing benefit of a minimum discount of at least 20%.

If you are like me, 20% off allows you to indulge in your stamping passion without breaking the bank.  I have seen the new Holiday Catalog  and I already know I want it all…or at least most of it. (Need a copy when it becomes available? Just email me…ann@thestampinschach.com) I am very happy I receive a discount.

Here is where the urgency comes in.  The Holiday Catalog Preorder will begin August 4. Wouldn’t you like to start filling your Wish List early, and at a discount, too?

What’s Happening at…

It’s a busy week here at The Stampin’ Schach. Lexi and I will be heading to Morris, IL on Friday for a weekend of dog showing.  Of course, this means Lexi will be having a pedicure and a bath before we start on the 5-1/2 hour drive. Luckily, I was excused from jury duty, or I wouldn’t be arriving in Morris until after midnight.  Ugh!

Jack and Lexi know the importance of sharing…and so do I. Once again I will be offering my Holiday Catalog Shares.  Watch for details as we get closer to the end of August.

Jack and Lexi share a hoof

Speaking of Jack, he certainly is going to be a big boy!  Here is his paw compared to my hand, and my husband’s hand.

FullSizeRenderJack was enjoying having his ears massaged last night, and fell asleep.FullSizeRender-2Isn’t his head so sweet?

FullSizeRender-3In the meantime, I will be working on my Paper Players card for Sunday…and I will be working on my August newsletter.  Yep…August will be the month of my rebirth.  The puppies are getting much more independent, and so is my retired husband.

As always, if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to email me! Until next time…

  1. On the post of July 28 there is a picture of a woman holding a card. It has what looks like a large dotted embossed area with specific areas embossed. How do you keep the embossing only in areas where you want it?

  2. Hi Ann, I’m having a big jolt of The Stampin’ Shach as I lay here in my bed trying to fall to sleep in lovely Lodi, CA. I have been away for a while getting ready for my favorite Aunt and Uncle to visit and now they will be gone in another two days. Our visit has gone by so fast.

I don’t know that this will help me sleep though as viewing your wonderful glittery cards gets me all jazzed up for stamping!!! I can’t wait to see the holiday catalog and what you make from it!

Lexi is so beautiful. I bet you enjoy being with her at the Show! I always love hearing the latest about your fur babies. I have a purebred Havanese named Katie. She is a pretty Stay At Home Princess. Her job is to make me happy, and she does that very well!

Enjoy your travels and I will enjoy your Blog… Sandy aka Redstampinsam

  3. Your card is a beautiful wedding card that will be treasured. Your description is very thorough and highlighted your special touches.

  4. Wow he is really a handsome BIG boy! You sure know the way to his heart… Ear Massages lol.

  5. Chris R. from Iowa

Jack is such a sweetie! ‘Pretty markings. Teddy’s front paws are huge too, my neighbor calls him Big Foot.

Good luck to Lexi, just like she needs it! All your fur babies are just gorgeous and know how to strut their stuff at the right time! Have a safe trip.
