It’s Sunday, and of course we all know what that means. It’s time to play with The Paper Players! This week the lovely Nance has a sweet sketch for us. I thought it looked like a perfect fit for the Moose from the Visions of Santa stamp set. I think the Moose is absolutely adorable, and I have been itching to ink him up. I hope you enjoy today’s card.
The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
This finished card measures 4-1/4″ wide by 5-1/2″ long.
- Seeing stars! The scattering of Hello Honey stars were created using the Confetti Star Punch. They were adhered using Stampin’ Up!’s Two Way Glue Pen.
- Paper pieced pajamas! I stamped the Moose image onto Whisper White cardstock, and colored him using Blender Pens with Soft Suede and Crumb Cake inks. I then dressed him in pj’s which were snipped from the adorable Stars Pattern from the Santa and Co. Designer Series Paper collection.
- Fancy schmancy! An epoxy Santa and Co. embellishment makes a perfect accent for the “Tis the season to be fancy” sentiment.
I know that many people are not big fans of Visions of Santa…but isn’t this moose just adorable? The smaller scale of the starry paper made it perfect for his pj’s. I can envision an entire herd of these fellas, all dressed up in their fanciest trapdoor long johns. I hope this guy brought a small to your face. Won’t you let me know in your comment today? And remember, if you have any questions about the cards I create or the techniques I use, I am only an email away. Until next time…

Oh Ann, just look at that Moose in his matching pi’s! This is just too darn fun! And then, you glued each one of those stars on, too! You are amazing! XX
Ann, this is so much fun! I love how you paper pieced him to match the background. The stars are the perfect finishing touch.

So stinkin’ ADORABLE! Love this moose and his pajamas!!! AWESOME card!
Ann, I just love your starry moose card! His paper pieced jammies are adorable and I love that DSP! you have the pateince of a saint to glue down those tiny stars but the effect is so worth it! Great use of my sketch too!
I love that epoxy embellishment, and your moose is stylin! Great card, Ann!
Well, dressed up like this in his Christmas PJs, your moose isn’t too bad-looking! Love the starry paper…wish I had some jammies like that!
Ann everyone is so nice… and I love that moose but wouldn’t buy the set because because I didn’t like the santa’s… I’d rather have a jolly santa instead… but I really wanted the moose and his Long John’s …. hugs.
Ann I love your non-traditional side! The moose is so cute in his jammies, and I love the colors and embellishment. Not to mention the sparkly snow.
Totally adorable. Love how all the stars bring it together. What a great imagination you have! Do I see starred jammies in the future for the fur babies?
I am one of the non-fans of this set, BUT, your moose in pj’s is fabulous….you never cease to amaze me with your patience in creating pieced items and everything else that you do…from the pups to your crafting….love following your blog!
OMG!!! Cuteness overload!!! Absolutely adorable!!!

So cute! I was actually thinking about a sleepover or jammie party of these guys! Maybe some striped and polka dots but the stars are so cute! Very cute my friend!
