It’s Sunday, and time to play with The Paper Players! This week Jaydee is treating us to a trio of patriotic colors: Real Red, Whisper White, Night of Navy. I decided to switch things up a bit, and go for a wee bit different style from what I usually create. I hope you enjoy today’s card.
The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
This finished card measures 4-1/4″ wide by 5-1/2″ long.
- The center of attraction! A Whisper White button and pearl-accented sequins are the perfect centers for Flower Shop blossoms.
- Chevrons! The Chevron image from Work of Art forms a fun and fresh backdrop. A Stamp-a-ma-jig was used for perfect placement. Of course, a few randomly scattered pearl-accented sequins add a touch of bling.
- Sentimental! Two images from Work of Art, “thank” and “You”, were stamped directly onto Whisper White card stock. Once again, a Stamp-a-ma-jig was used to place the images.
I hope you enjoyed today’s fun and fresh card. I love having the chevrons serve as a a backdrop. I can already tell that the Work of Art stamp set is going to be a favorite of mine. How about you? Ann, this is one of my favorite cards of all the ones you have made. I love the bold colors, the little touch of pearls and sequins. Gorgeous, my friend. Oh… and thanks for enabling me. I had decided against this floral set, now I can’t understand why I made that silly decision 🙂

Zowie wowie…fabulous card!!! I love Spring/Summer mainly because that is when we mostly see our wonderful Reds/Whites/Blues together. LOVE your design….thanks for sharing your beautiful inspiration and I would have been upset had there not been any pearls…LOL! It is truly your signature!!!

Loving this card from the chevrons to the blingy flower centers. I had to read to see what you had with those pearls! Fun and jazzy look for a dreary day. That stamp set is in a tie for my favorite with that simple Thank You card used with the water color over it. Have a safe trip back from Chicago. I really think Brody needs to have some ‘puter time about his adventure at the doggy spa this weekend!

Oh, love this card Ann! The red flowers are so pretty with their pearl centers. The blue chevron gives the illusion of a flag to me. This is a happy fresh looking card! You rocked this one!! Have a wonderful Sunday.
