It’s Sunday, and time to play with The Paper Players! This week, the talented Nance Leedy has conjured up a little Halloween fun for us…create a Halloween card or treat holder. I decided to create this colorful card for my son, Brady! Although he is in graduate school, it is still “all about the candy” with him! Enjoy today’s card!
The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
This finished card measures 4-1/4″ wide by 5-1/2″ long.
- Cute and colorful! Splashes of color add to the fun and festive vibe of this card. And it doesn’t get any easier than using the images from Gorgeous Grunge. A little Daffodil Delight here…Tangerine Tango there…and a few Jet Black StazOn speckles! No tricks here…just a treat to the eye!
- Candy is dandy! These little Candy Corn images from Halloween Hello were quickly tinted using Blender Pens and inks. Candy Dots add to the fun. Mmmm! Makes me hungry for candy corn and peanuts.
- Wishi-Washi! A couple of strips of Witches’ Brew Designer Washi Tape provides the perfect finishing touch.
I hope you had as much fun looking at today’s card as I had creating it! I just love those little Candy Corns! And I hope that you will wish Lexi and I luck. As you are reading this, we are on our way to Gettysburg, PA and the American Boxer Club Regional dog shows.

Ann this is an awesome card. I never think to make halloween cards on a white base….. but I need to think again! the colors really pop and I love the repetition of the candies. Fabulous

What a fun card Ann. Love those candy corn too. Never had candy corn with peanuts but my hubby just mentioned to me 2 days ago what a great treat that is. I guess I will have to give it a try. Much luck to Lexi.

Phew….thank you! I was having Stampin’ Schach withdrawals. I imagine you are busy making all those cards for your card club members. Love the candy corns and the splatters.
