Gently Falling for Pals Paper Arts

It’s Thursday, and time to play with the Pals at Pals Paper Arts! This week we have the perfect fall trio of colors with which to create:  Always Artichoke, Cajun Craze, So Saffron. I hope you enjoy today’s card created with the Gently Falling stamp set.

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
This finished card measures 4-1/4″ wide x 5-1/2″ long.

  • Lovely leaves! The Gently Falling set is perfect for incorporating the challenge colors! Each variety of leaf was inked in the challenge colors, and then stamped off once before stamping onto Very Vanilla card stock.  They were then over- stamped in their respective color.

  • Tempting texture! Yowza! A Naturals Designer Button, paired with Linen Thread, retired Hemp Twine and Burlap Ribbon is a delight to the senses.  The organic vibe goes great with the leaf motif!
  • Pearl perfection! Strips of pearls add a touch of femininity. The Stylish Stripes Textured Impressions Embossing Folder provide the perfect template to follow!

I will apologize for the brief post, but Lexi and I are in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania at the American Boxer Club Regional dog show, and my Internet connection is very poor.  I keep getting knocked offline. Arghh!  Lexi won her class Tuesday, and although she did not show on Wednesday, her brother, Tyler, was Winners Dog and Best of Winners, earning his champion title.  Woo hoo!  I will be back home on Sunday.  It will be great to be able to relax for four days before we head off to our next set of shows in Springfield, IL.

I hope that you enjoyed today’s fall and feminine card! Won’t you let me know in today’s comment? As always, your comments are important to me, and I do appreciate each and every one!  Of course, if you have any questions about the cards I create or the techniques I use, I am only an email away. Until next time…
