It’s Thursday, and time to play at Pals Paper Arts! Yesterday I alluded to the fact that today’s card is clean and simple. Sure..there are a couple of layers, and of course pearls, but Margaret Moody’s fabulous sketch just said “Keep it clean(er), Ann!” Who am I to argue with a sketch when it speaks to me! Enjoy “Swinging with The Pals”!
The finished dimensions of today’s card are 5-1/4″ x 5-1/4″.

- Bold bows! 5/8″ Satin Ribbon is perfect for creating full and fabulous bows. In keeping with my color scheme, I selected Basic Black for this beauty. If you need a refresher on how I create my bows, here is my Quick and Fabulous Bow video.
- Pretty Pearls! What could be faster and easier than adding pearls for instant pizzazz! These are the new 8mm Large Basic Pearls!

The thing I love about your creations is that you are never defined by one “style”. This is simply a stunning card that is sophisticated and elegant in you self-described clean and simple style. Yet it offers such a pleasing visual effect, with the fabulous stamp, the pearls, the satin, all in the black and white pallette. A perfect beauty!

Oh wow, this is a wonderful card! I love it as much as I used to love swinging when I was a kiddo! The black and vanilla reminds me when I would swing on the big kid swings at St. John’s Catholic Church (and School on Division Street) with the nuns floating around in their long habits and such. They used to laugh at how much fun the little red haired girl would have singing and swinging to my hearts content!

Woof, woof, snuffle, snort – its me!!!! I am stuck in my Datcha because they have this scary guy here putting in some kind of a fire plug in the laundry area and I’m talking too loud and too much. I don’t really think they need one, cause I don’t use one. But they seem to know what they are doing. Brody – I won’t be home for two days as I will be staying in a very fashionable kettle. Mom and Dad are going to make some treats for me (I think) at Ironwood Christian Camp. They call it Cups Pails re – treat. They think they need help on the marriage. Sigh – the only one who gets yelled at around here is me! I have to go, Mom said I’m talking to much and I need to rest my nose! Bye Brody – sigh – See ya Muffy :)))))
