Love You, Kiss You, Miss You…Pals!

It’s Thursday…and time to play at PPA! This week the Pals Paper Arts challenge will have you “seeing red”, as your challenge is to create a card using any shade of red!  And what a perfect time to be using these colors, especially with Valentine’s Day quickly approaching.  Keeping this in mind, I designed a quick and easy Valentine using Cherry Cobbler! I hope you enjoy it!

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips: Quick and Easy Valentine

The finished card measure 5-1/2″ wide by 4-1/4″ long.

  • I’ve Been Framed!  Quick and easy cards do not have to be boring! With a crank of the Big Shot’s handle, the Framed Tulips Textured Impressions Embossing Folder adds interest in an instant!
  • The Power of Three! A trio of hearts, made with the new Fashionable Hearts Embosslits Die, add pizzazz to an otherwise empty corner.  Of course, nothing beats a little bling, courtesy of Basic Rhinestones!

  • A Bow for Your Beau!  Cherry Cobbler/White Baker’s Twine is used to create a sweet little bow.  And how cute is the band of embossed hearts!  I LOVE the new Adorning Accents Textured Impressions Embossing Folders.  They are perfect for adding that special little touch!
  • A Marriage of Two Sets! The “Love You, Kiss You, Miss You” sentiment from P.S. I Love You works perfectly with the Typewriter from “You’re My Type”!  And don’t forget the bling! A small Basic Rhinestone works perfectly on the keyboard.

Quick, easy and cute…just right for a last minute…or even a “first minute” Valentine card.  I hope you enjoyed it.  Won’t you let me know by leaving me a comment?  Your comments are important to me, and I do read each and every one of them.  Of course, if you ever have a question about the cards that I create or the techniques that I use, I am only an email away! Until next time…

(In previous comments, a question was asked about the number of stamps in Everything Eleanor.  There are eight stamps, in two cases, in this set.)
