Tomorrow the Stampin’ Pretty Pals are hosting their annual Occasions Mini and Sale-A-Bration Blog Hop. Nearly 30 members of the Stampin’ Pretty Pals will be participating. I have prepared a “vintage-to-the-max” card. Won’t you join me for the reveal tomorrow?
Tomorrow’s card features a double bow. Even though it is made from crinkly ribbon, the technique is the same as I have described below. Because the Blog Hop information will make tomorrow’s post long, I have decided to share the video with you today! And yes…because so many of you emailed me…I kept Brady’s trumpet introduction!
As always, your comments are important to me. So please, won’t you leave me a comment? And if you ever have a question about the cards that I create or the techniques I use, I am only an email away! Until next time…
Thanks so much for creating a video tutorial for this Anne.
You did a great job of making it easy to understand.
Thanks for the tip about the crinkled ribbon too.
I tried both ideas out immediately and am really happy with the result.
Thanks
Gorgeous card Ann!
Thanks for the video instructions on that bow. I’ve been trying to make something like that for a long time and couldn’t get it. It’s so simple with your handy-dandy cardboard helper! LOVE IT! THANKS FOR SHARING. (and I enjoyed the music intro!)
Anne, You’re the master of Vintage for sure. I think this is the best use of the new Doily Sizzlet I’ve seen yet.
Thank you for keeping me inspired!
Thanks for sharing – that looks so easy and can’t wait to try it!
Thank you so much for the explicit, but easy bow video. I will be so happy to try this. I also appreciate the measurements on the card board, so I can re-create the bow-maker. Great job.
Great video…and great technique…much easier than the way I’ve been doing it! Thanks so much!
Thank you for the wonderful video. I like how easy it is to make this bow after following your idea.
I am going to make a buncj=h of them today.
Love your peek! Again the trumpet intro is the best!
Love the trumpet intro on your video!!!! Thanks so much for this tutorial – can’t wait to try it. Your instructions are so clear – and your bows are always perfect! Can’t wait to see the beautiful card that you have teased us with! I’m sure it is gorgeous!
I love the color and pearls. Can’t wait to see the full vintage to the max card.
You make bow making look so easy. I’ll have to watch your video a few more times. Yes, not only to try and learn to make a bow, but to hear Brady too!
thanks for your sneak peak [although I *don’t like* them!]& the double bow tutorial is perfect; thanks again & soon another players peak will be revealed.
Thank you so much.. Ive been wondering how to make these forever! This was so easy to understand.. I will be trying this, this week!!
Ann
Love the trumpet intro (from one trumpet mom to another!)
Pretty colors on the peek and pearls too! So, maybe there is hope for a person who is all thumbs except none are green when it comes to gardening…. Did you buy the piece of cardboard already made with the slit or did you make it? I sort of remember you telling about it before but I am too lazy to look back for the information. Oh, and yes the music was a bonus it heralded the announcement of good things to come! I think I have been staring at the snow too long – I seem to be a bit punchy.
