It’s Saturday and time to take a little peek at my Paper Players card. The talented Nance Leedy has a fun challenge in store for us tomorrow. If you are in the mood for something a little more Clean and Simple in style, I hope you will join me for the reveal! There is no spritzing, no daubing, no distressing, no curling! But one question remains: Are there pearls???
Those of you who know me, know that I LOVE to embellish anything and everything with pearls…even Boxer behinds! Let me know in your comment today whether you think this card has pearls. Please leave your comment before 3:00 AM CST Sunday. I will randomly select one winner from those with the correct answer to receive fifty 6″ x 6″ sheets of retired Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper. Good Luck! Until next time…
Definitely pearls. The card is beautiful. I love your site.
why yes, there are pearls! Can’t wait to see the reveal!
HA! KNEW it!! And I LOVE that they’re black!!!
I asked Santa for Sharpies for Christmas. I have it on good authority that I was good enough to get some – LOL!
What a pretty way to use that stamp! I love it!
Ann, This is so beautiful with that fabulous stamp. The textured background and musical notes set it off perfectly. I can feel the love:)
Did I remember to say how much I love SU! ds paper? Love, love, love it! And yes, I believe there will be pearls.
I guess at least one pearl some where, I’ll wiat for the reveal.
Ha Ha, of course there are pearls!
I will say pearls is on the card. Looking forward to seeing the reveal tomorrow.
Jennifer
My guess is YES! Looking forward to seeing the card tomorrow, and thanks for the chance to win.
Your cards without pearls? Impossible!!
But I think: your card has NO pearls.
Have a nice 2. Sunday in advent
hugs and smiles
Conny
Of course there will be at least one pearl. Can’t wait to see the rest of the card.
Of course there are pearls! You’re just being a tease. The only real question is, coloured or natural?
I love your cards with embossed white backgrounds! And, I can’t imagine you making a card without a pearl tucked away some where!
Surely you haven’t given up pearls?! I bet there’s a pearl on there somewhere!
Of Course you did my dear! It just wouldn’t be the same without them???? (In less you used your other go to item Rhinestones) I am so confused? To Perl or not to Pearl that is the question?????
What ever you came up with I know it will be a beautiful card and well worth the next visit!
Pearls are a “must” on that card! It’s so appropriate to have that music staff! Can’t wait to see the whole thing tomorrow. Thanks for the chance to win that paper. I’m a “paper friek”.

A card without pearls is like a day without…..
I can’t wait to see want you created!
Vickie
I am loving everyone’s comments! Pam’s comment was just almost word for word what I was going to say! So, let’s see….Liz Taylor went with the diamonds are a girl’s best friend but pearls seem to be yours. So, if you didn’t use any pearls – did you use a rhinestone or two and color them maybe? You haven’t mentioned being sick or in total withdrawal, would no distressing or spritzing PLUS NO PEARLS send you over the edge? I guess we won’t know until tomorrow. You doo have texture though so just maybe no pearls? Oooh, free paper cool! Until tomorrow……

I’m thinking Yes, there is a least 1 pearl!
I know you could go without a few different details on your cards, but NEVER without pearls!!!!! I say “yes” to pearls 🙂
Ooooo…tough question!! I know you like your pearls, but…..I don’t know…..I’m gonna have to go with my gut and say “yes”! But I will say, when they were on the Boxers behinds….now THAT was CUUUTE!! :O)
There has to got to be pearls on your card! Can’t wait to see the full card.
Strangely enough, I’m going with no pearls…I’m betting on rhinestones! Although I did consider that you wouldn’t miss a golden opportunity to try out those fabby new big ones coming in January…as soon as I saw them I thought of you. 🙂
I am going to say, you restrained yourself, and no pearls lol! I gotta go check out your other posts, I haven’t been on in awhile. Have a good weekend 🙂
I see music
notes and , I love music cards. And, yes, I believe it will have pearls.
My guess is YES. Even on a clean & simple design there’s always room for a little “pearl power”. Looking forward to the big reveal.
Pam
Pearls? Absolutely!
Shirley O. from Wichita
I would guess that if you didn’t spritz, daub, distress, or curl, that you did pearl! Whether you did or didn’t, the card will be a beauty.
No doubt about it……it will have pearls! Colored pearls is what I am thinking. Can’t wait to see what you created this time.
of course you have pearls….SU probably stays in business just by the pearls you use!!! Can’t wait to see the entire card.
I think there are pearls, maybe you’ve colored them, and they are by all that gorgeous red ribbon/fabric/burlap or whatever it is. OR, maybe I’m wrong! Whichever it is, I’d DIE to win some paper!!!
Ann, you must be enjoying all of these comments… I just did! Sounds like most of these ladies know you all too well! Since I know that you buy pearls by the case (LOL), there must be pearls on this card. I need to go back to an earlier post of the twins looking out the window and check their rears for pearl adornments…..
Can’t wait to see the full reveal tomorrow, Ann. There has to be at least ONE pearl on there. Kathy in AZ.
I can’t wait to see this Ann ~ and I’m looking forward to the great reveal and those stunning pearls to grace your card! Have a great weekend!
I’m sure you found a place for pearls on that beauty! 🙂
To pearl or not to pearl – that is indeed the question. You are definitely one for surprises! I think I am going with no pearls this time. I can hardly wait to see the end result!
Definitely pearls! Love the embossing. Can’t wait to see the whole card. It will be another great Ann Schach creation!
Well the sneak peek looks lovely and that looks like a poinsettia flower there on the card, so I would say Yes to the pearls used maybe in center of the flower.
Me loves pearls as well, so hope I’m the winner. (sorry guys, everyone for themselves :})
ColleenB,
Dear Ann…you are such a teaser! I am going to say yes to the pearls. I don’t think you would go without all your favorites! Will be waiting for tomorrow to see if I am right! Thanks!
Hi Ann! I think you will have pearls and agree with Heather, red or green (center of a poinsettia?) pearls! Can’t wait to see your pretty card.
Of course it has pearls. Why not? Thanks for give=away offer.
Seriously? Ann Schach and pearls is like peas and carrots. Of course it will have pearls and I bet they’ll be colored red! Looking forward to the reveal!
Looks interesting. Love that embossing folder. I vote for pearls. I will have to wait a few days to see it though as we are leaving first thing in the morning for Las Vegas and I decided no computer. Actually getting away for a few days!

Hmmm I am thinking there must be pearls. I think I see a hint of a poinsettia flower. I can’t wait to see the reveal.
debbieanng@yahoo.com
this definetly has pearls! Just the little sneak peak is begging for pearls.
Hmm, no spritzing or distressing. I’m thinking you added a pearl or two on your masterpiece. With that being said, even if there are no pearls, I know it will be stunning!
I bet on pearls. Cannot wait to see the card.
Pearls for sure. Looking forward to seeing the card.
Judy
There must be pearls! There’s ALWAYS pearls!!!
ooops! Pasted the wrong bookmark to your comment. I’ll try again. ( Blame the lack of coffee!)
I think you just couldn’t help your self and , of course, added pearls. We know how you love distressing and inking, but I don’t think you can go cold turkey on the pearls! We’ll tune in tomorrow!
My guess is that you can’t change your ways as you love pearls. There must be pearls.
What, no pearls?! Maybe you used them all on the twins! Can’t wait to see the entire card tomorrow.
