It’s time for the traditional peek at the Pals Paper Arts Design Team card. It’s always fun to try and figure out the challenge from the peek at the card. I can tell you that I do showcase Designer Series Paper and a stamp set from the Holiday Mini. I hope that you will join me tomorrow for the reveal.
Free Paper
Would you like a chance to win 100 sheets of 6″ x 6″ retired Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper? Simply leave a comment on today’s “Peek” post and tomorrow’s “PPA Reveal” post. I will use Random.org to select one winner from all comments left both days. The winner will be announced in Friday’s post. Because it is the official Pals Paper Arts challenge day, I can’t remind you about the free paper Thursday, so you will need to remember on your own.
Retired Stampin’ Up! Sets for Sale
There are still a few sets remaining from the handful I posted yesterday. Check out THIS POST for details. The sets are being sold on a “first come-first served” basis. This is the end of all of my retired sets for awhile. I really appreciate that you have helped me find them new homes.
Muffy at the Show
Muffy was not a winner this past weekend. For some reason, she refused to stand still. We could not even get a good picture of her. Here she is doing what is called “posting”. Her front legs are extending forward a little instead of being straight down from her shoulder. This is a bad thing. Arghh! Even Michelle the Handler got irritated with her. Maybe she was missing her brother, Brody, who is recuperating nicely. His new “heavy-duty” stitches are holding nicely. He goes in for a check-up Friday to see when he can have his stitches removed. He has been such a good boy through this entire ordeal!
As always, your comments are important to me. And don’t forget that today and tomorrow, your comments can win you free paper. Of course, if you have questions, don’t hesitate to email me. And speaking of questions, Jodi had a question about using the Color Spritzer. Click HERE for a link from my archives on using the Color Spritzer Tool. I hope this helps. Plus, there was another question about CASEing my cards. I never have a problem with people CASEing my work. Just remember that if you post it on your blog, that you give me a “shout out”, please. Until next time…
Thanks for the link on using the color spritzer Anne! Really appreciate it & it looks like it’s really slick to use.
Do you happen to have information on a thumbing technique? I’ve seen that mentioned lately & I’m not quite clear on that one either. Yes, I’m just full of questions since have only been stamping since the beginning of the year.
Poor Muffy must have been having an off day worrying about her brother. I bet she’ll be more on her A game when he’s back to feeling like himself.
Vintage Halloween…very cool! Thanks for more blog candy. I’d love some!!
Beautiful elements on the sneak peak of this card. Would love a chance to win the paper…one can never have enough paper, right?
I would love to win some paper. Thanks for the chance.

Ooh, la la ~ this looks gorgeous! Have me stumped though so will have to wait until tomorrow’s reveal. Thanks for the chance to win DSP!
Hi Ann! Can’t wait to see the big reveal! I’m sure it’ll be ‘gawgus’ as usual!LOL
Boy is she beautiful! I don’t care if she poops on the judges shoe, that will never change how beautiful she is. And I’m just heartsick about Brody! I had to scroll back to see what was going on. . .Poor guy. Giant hugs being sent his way! Best, Curt
Looking forward to the reveal tomorrow. Your card are always beautiful. Thanks for a chance to win!!
Jennifer
Well the kids are gone and the house is all too quiet again. But maybe I am getting back to my normal routines and visiting the blogs I love the most. Interesting sneak peak–I see some scoring and lace trim, but not sure about the stamp set yet. Dar
Can’t wait to see the reveal, your work is gorgeous. I would love to win some paper too- you can never have enough can you!?!
I was thinking something halloweenish too maybe from the new mini. I remember you saying something about Poison looking neat all glittery but the crocheted ribbon has me baffled as to fitting in…. Oh well, I never guess right anyway.
Now Muffy is just a little off because her brothers are having male bonding! I am sure she was jealous of Brody getting to spend quality time with Brady this weekend! But, she was up to stiff competition too. She is still a beautiful diva who is just having an off showing.
Looking forward to the reveal tomorrow.
Chris R. from Iowa
What a beautiful dogs Muffy and Brody are! Looking forward to the reveal. Thanks for the chance to win.
Well the close up shot has left me intrigued and I’m not sure what it is. It looks a little halloweenish because of the orange and black but the lace throws me off! I can’t wait to see what it is!!
Love your blog, can’t wait each day to see what you have….thanks for the chance at some “candy” paper…
I am stumped on this challenge
Looks interesting for sure! Muffy is gorgeous! I hope her next show goes better for her.
I only wish I could case your cards; maybe in a million years when my skills improve a ton more. 🙂
Ann like seeing the newsprint.. but I never guess right, so I’m just waiting for the reveal. Hugs.
I think Muffy looks beautiful and I’m sure it was missing Brody that made her ‘not look’ good for the judges, but we think she looks just fine! Hugs.
Can’t wait for the reveal. Looking forward to tomorrow’s post. I love reading about the twins. I can just imagine them actually talking 😉
Connie
Love DP so would love to win. Your dog is still beautiful to me. Thanks.
This is looking very interesting… can’t wait to see the Big picture.
Can’t wait to see this one. I am sure it will be beautiful. Muffy probably was missing her brother. Glad Brody is healing nicely.
Tell Muffy I think she is a winner regardless if they give her a ribbon or not!
I’m surprised that Brody didn’t tell the story about Muffy not being a good girl. LOL
Can’t wait to see the full reveal on your PPA card. No doubt in my mind it will be another great one.
I love 6 x 6 paper pads so would love to have a chance to win. 🙂
Thanks for a chance to win: love stampin up papers! Can’t wait to see your card: you are teasing us with all those lovely layers.
Hi Ann…so glad to hear Brody is healing nicely. Muffy sure is a pretty girl!
Thanks for the tips on the Spritzer again. It is an awesome tool to have.
I am very anxious to see your reveal! It looks like a good one!
I will be sure to have a good antidote on hand for the reveal; however, I am sure the stunning card will have the same effect on us, so no worries!! Glad Brody is healing better this time around; as for Muffy, we all have those days! Hugs, Pauline
Oh my- a stamper can never have enough paper! Thanks for the opportunity!
I have no idea…I can’t wait ’til tomorrow. And would I LIKE to win some papers, heck I would LOVE to win some papers. Thanks for this great gift!!!
Sheila
Wow, A peek and paper too! Thank you for the chance to win. Always look forward to seeing your “works of art”.
I should stay away from “Poison”, but it’s too gorgeous to leave alone! What detailed work you did on that letter and scroll.
I’m surprised Brody didn’t tell us about Muffy’s ‘miss’. Maybe he was just relieved that she ‘missed’ him.
You have me TOTALLY stumped on this card! BUT as ALWAYS it’s going to be BEAUTIFUL!
Interesting peek. Wonderful blog candy. Thank you for the opportunity.
I would love to have the papers.
I am sure Muffy was missing Brody. She will be better next time, she promises.
Awwww….Muffy is ALWAYS a winner! She just misses her brother. I can’t wait to seew you full reveal! The sneak peak looks fabulous!
oh it looks pretty
Sorry Muffy wasn’t up to ‘snuffy’ (sorry, couldn’t help myself) for her showing. Maybe she *was* preoccupied with Brody missing. And glad to hear his stitches are holding. Good boy!
I think Muffy’s stance is beautiful…what’s wrong with those “Judds”? The sneak peek of your card is also beautiful. Looking forward to seeing the entire card.
Thank you for the opp to win free paper – looking forward to seeing tomorrow’s reveal.
Love your cards and can hardly wait to see the card revealed. Sorry it was a disappointing weekend but we all have days like that and hopefully when her brother is back everything clicks back to normal. I love your tips for making your cards, can see you in “teacher mode”.
Looks like lots of layers. I know it will be gorgeous when we get to see the full reveal.
Oh my, poor Muffy. I’m sure she will be back to her ‘diva’ self once Brody is better.
Thank you for the offer to win free paper. It is always fun to be surprised. Can’t wait to see what you have for tomorrow.
Can’t wait to see the card reveal! And yes, Muffy was missing her brother. Glad he is healing up nicely! Thanks for the chance to win!
Well, poop on those judges! Muffy looks good to me! Can’t wait to see your creation tomorrow!
Interesting peek, can’t wait! Awww, little Muffy had an off day, she couldn’t get her brother off of her mind, sweet baby girl. 😉 Hang in there Brody, he is such a big boy, being so brave and so good! 🙂
I’m certain this will be another beautiful creation. It appears that perhaps you also used the new Simply Scored Scoring Tool. Fun stuff!
You know what a paper addict I am, Ann!
I see ribbon with crocheted lace, a rosette and glitter glue….very intriguing….perhaps a snowflake theme?
I’m thinking, from the colors and the season, that the stamp set is Pick your Poison, but I can’t figure out the challenge! I’d love free papers!
So sorry that Muffy mis-behaved! She sure is a beautiful dog though! Shame on you Muffy! LOL!
Ooooh, can’t wait to see the whole card tomorrow! I see sparkles 🙂
Love the chance to win goodies, esp DP 🙂
Have a great day!
This really looks interesting! I can’t wait to see the reveal! It sure sounds like Muffy is missing her Brody and is just out of sorts right now. I’m sure once he heals up and can romp and play with her again she will do much better in the ring!
Your cards are such works of art! I’m sure your little girl just missed her brother : )
Very interesting! I can’t figure out the stamp set either. But I do know I will love it! I always love your projects.
Hmmmm, can’t figure out the stamp set, lol! I’m sure it will be another gorgeous card though!!!
Oh, would love to win the papers.
Thank U 4 this opportunity
