Baja Butterfly for Pals Paper Arts

It’s Thursday and time to play at Pals Paper Arts! This week we are featuring a beautiful sketch designed by our own Margaret Moody. Today’s card spotlights a trio of new products: the Butterfly from Strength & Hope, a frame from Four Frames, and the beautiful Paisley Petal Designer Series Paper. I hope you enjoy it!

The Stampin’ Schach Stampin’ Tips:

  • Plead the Fifth…Fifth Avenue Floral, that is! Not Quite Navy and Baja Breeze Craft Inks were used to stamp the image from Fifth Avenue Floral. It was then heat embossed using Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder. As for the centers of the flowers, they were tinted with River Rock ink. Crystal Effects and Dazzling Diamonds were then added for a splash of sparkle!
  • Bling the Butterfly! The Butterfly from Strength & Hope was accented with Dazzling Diamonds and a single Basic Pearl.
  • Scrunchy it up! Baja Breeze Seam Binding is easily “scrunched”! Simply pull a thread and gather! A few strategically placed Mini Glue Dots are all that are needed to hold it in place!
  • Dye it! Vintage Rosettes can be tinted any hue by one of two methods: coloring with a Stampin’ Write Marker OR by adding a few drops of re-inker to rubbing alcohol and spritzing it.
I hope you enjoyed looking at some of the products that Stampin’ Up! will be offering in the near future! Both Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper and Four Frames will be available for purchase in a promotion which begins April 1st. Strength & Hope will be available in the Summer Mini, which goes live May 1st!
