Well, I could. I need a small wooden block to fit the tiny, single leaf stamp from Vintage Vogue. Yes…Brody really did chew up a stamp…at least the wooden block. I found the rubber leaf. It has been a long time since I have used Vintage Vogue. The rest of the set was safe in the case. My only guess is that either he or Muffy must have snatched it from the table when I wasn’t looking. Where it was hidden for the past few months, I will never know! But does this grumpy face look like the face of a common thief?
As for my PPA card, there is texture and there are pearls. Plus it is the first time I have used this set, which I received free through participation in Stampin’ Up!’s Demonstrator Business Developers Group. This was a set which I had always wanted, but had just never gotten around to purchasing, for whatever reason. How about you? Is there a stamp set that you would love to have, but you just can’t bring yourself to buy it? I would love to hear your answers to this questions. In fact, I will even spring for free Basic Pearls for your comments on today’s and/or tomorrow’s. The winner will be randomly selected and announced on Friday.

You just gotta love ’em!!!! As for the stamp set question. I, too, get caught up in the mini’s. By the time I get what I want from one mini, another one is coming out. I keep putting the IBC off until “next time”.
That face on Brody…oh my word! Lol! Grumpy, grumpy! Thank goodness only the wood block was sacrificed and the stamp saved. I have been wanting Lovely as a Tree for the longest time. I have seen so many fabulous creations with it but just can’t seem to break down and get it. Hmmm! Have a great day! 🙂
Hi there, The stamp set I wish I had bought was Word Play. Now that I look at it again on pg.147 All this time I thought it was $41.95 Yikes it is in clear mount… for only $28.95 now maybe that is a bit more reasonable????? Thanks for the great question! The things you learn along the way!
I keep thinking I will order “Loads of Love” and the accessory set, but other items always seem to push it off my list. Maybe someday!

I have always had my eye on the Medallion stamp, but never buy it. I always think that it would have limited use, but then I think well, it would make great note cards, then I don’t buy it. . .indecisive? You bet! No the photo does NOT look like a thief but of someone not happy with that acusation. He is precious! I can’t think of a single stamp set that I’ve been wanting because I buy whatever I want. (Bad girl). But as soon as I see the new catalog, I’m sure I will start a new “wish list”. Love the peek of your card!

The stamp set that I would love to get, but haven’t (yet) 🙂 is Word Play – so many phrases in there that work for so much! Just can’t get over the price tag (yet) 🙂

Teeny Tiny Wishes is a set that I have had my eye on for quite awhile.
I can see both photos – the card looks awesome with that texture and music! Boy, he does look grumpy – is his sister taunting him again? Looks like a beautiful day for him to be out! Just Believe is one I want and the one with the little words – teeny tiny wishes or something that is like $35 give or take. I always want more Christmas ones as well. I still could kick myself for not getting the hydrangea flower hostess one – I just couldn’t decide. I am sure there are more that I am forgetting about too.

I finally got two of the sets that I really wanted with my Stampin’ Start freebies (Just Believe and Lovely as a Tree), but I would still love to have Inspired by Nature. I’m borrowing it from my upline right now and I am liking it more and more as I create with it.
I’m very interested to see the rest of your card. I’ve looked at that set a few times, but never could figure out how I’d use it. I’m sure you’ll have me wanting it again. :o)

ETA the stamp set I’ve been wanting to get but holding off. Like another poster said – I really like the look of some sets (Teeny Tiny Wishes, Fifth Avenue Floral and Inspired by Nature) but since they are only available in WM, I won’t get it because I’m all about CM stamps for ease of use, and storage. Although I may break down and get Inspired by Nature.

The stamp set that I really really want, yet keep putting off buying is Circle Circus.
Your peak looks interesting. The stamp set I would love to have unfortunately is a level three hostess set. Can’t justify spending $500 to get it. But dreaming can be fun too. I love the look on Brody’s face. If I were there, I’d give him a great big kiss and put a smile on his face.
Hi Ann, I am able to see your phots presently but am having the same issues with Blogger. I too have tried everything, I finally uploaded my photos to a Picasa web album and then transferred them to my post. As of right now mine are showing up, we’ll see if they stay. good luck!

Yes! Brody does look guilty. No treats for him today. Ha-ha. Having Brody and Muffy in your life sure makes life very interesting and busy but happy too despite the fact that they get into a little trouble once in awhile. 🙂 Thanks for sharing.

For me, it would be Herb Expressions. It is a cute set that I don’t think I’d use all the time, but I’d like to have it for occasional use. It just costs WAY too much to buy for occasional use!

Well, my item I really want but haven’t purchased yet is not a stamp set but a die…..I really love the fun flowers die! It will most likely be on my next order, I will figure out a way to justify it (probably by ordering enough to get it as my free item!)

i get so wrapped up in the minis and the promotions, that when I add up the order …Holy Moly…I need stop at a “make sense” total, then it seems when I am thumbing through the IBC… I say to myself…”Stumper ..You forgot AGAIN!”… Hugs.

I never bought Awash With Flowers. Why? Well….because when I look at the stamps, I think….Ew! That is one butt ugly set of stamps!!!! But then I see sooooo many lovely cards made with it and think, OK, I’ll buy it. Then I see it and think Ew! That’s ugly, lol!! I know, I’m crazy.
