The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips:
- Unexpected! I love the look of Cajun Craze with Baja Breeze…and if not for the Color Coach I would not have even thought about pairing the two together. According to “The Coach”, Baja Breeze and Not Quite Navy are a Dynamic Duo, too. So I thought, “Why not use it as my card base!” Well, duh! I don’t know what I was thinking. Happy as a clam, I pulled out Night of Navy and completed the card. Sorry, Coach…my intentions were in the right place!
- Texture! One way to add interest to a clean layout is through texture. And what could be quicker or easier than zipping an embossing folder through the Big Shot. Framed Tulips and Perfect Polka Dots do the trick here!
- Glitz and Glam! Night of Navy Satin Ribbon makes into a yummy bow, especially when smooched with a spritz of Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz! Basic Pearls are the perfect accent for a butterfly! (If you need a refresher on how to make a quick and easy bow, please check out my video tutorial HERE.)
What a wonderful set! I would encourage you to check out Celebrando Creatividad if you have not already done so. Tomorrow I will showcase another card from this catalog.

Ah this is lovely! That single pearl in the middle just grabbed my eye and it travelled from there! Fantastic. I love the sweep of the flower at the bottom. Gosh you have a knack!
This is such a great set, Ann, love your card! Your bows are always beautiful.
¡Me encanta esta tarjeta! I really do, and all of the wonderful inspiration I find on your blog. I love this set–although I don’t own it (shame on me). I’ll have to remedy that. 🙂

You are so crazy talented!!! Love it!
Very lovely card! I would not have thought of Cajun Craze with Baja Breeze, whil Baja and Not Quite Navy have become one of my favorite color pairs. You seem to always come up with innovative ideas, and spraying the ribbon with smooch was another one that turned out beautifully!

Gorgeous card Ann! I didn’t realize the Spanish catalog had different sets – interesting and fun! Love all the details and the butterfly is stunning! Love the post about Muffy – looks like queen for a day! Maybe add some a crown trinket to her collar? Sorry, I was too tired to come up with some Spanish – it has been so long since I have used it, I would have to hunt for the dictionario!

Beautiful, Ann! (or as the spanish class Denise would say, “hermosa”!) I would have never thought these colors were a match – but ‘the Coach’ proved us wrong!
Beautifully done! Es muy bonita! The flowers in that set always looked out of proportion to me, but on your card they look perfect!
Mike
WOWZA a masterpiece right down to the smooched ribbon.
Stunning, Ann.
Gorgeous card Ann, I don’t have a color coach yet, being a new demo this so much that is needed, but it is on my list. One order at a time, I know I will get there. I love the color combo and I like the Night of Navy, gives the card an elegant look. Congrats to the Twins. The picture is gorgeous.

Only Ann Schach would smooch a bow – fabulous! The color combo is unexpected and wonderful!
the colors are gorgeous! And I love what you have done with the ribbon… have to try that!!! Such an elegant card!!!
Beautiful card Ann. I like how you combined the different textures for the backgrounds. The Color Coach is wonderful when you are stumped as to what to put together. I guess that’s why they call it the “Coach”
I just love this card! My favorite color is blue yet I don’t make many cards the blue. I love your butterfly and the shimmer on the ribbon! Maybe this week, I will get a card made for this challenge. Thanks for sharing!
this is so beautiful, love the color combination and the great design
I like how you pick French or Spanish sets sometimes; it gives the cards a European flair and it’s “something different”, as my grandmother always used to say (we quote that one a lot!). Very pretty!
This is beautiful Ann! I just love it!

Hi Ann….this is one of my very fav stamp sets! I have used it often and every one ask what the background words are. I do not know how to read Spanish so if anyone knows what the wording is on this background stamp please let me know!!!
Your snipping makes this card! I love what you done with this stamp set and it goes in my Fav File!
