March was a lean month at The Stampin’ Schach! I was busy preparing for my first

Bella Toile Happy Anniversary
Bella Toile turned out to be one of my go-to stamps during the early months of this year. I especially loved it when paired with the sentiments from Sinceres Salutations, the French version of Sincere Salutations. These pearls were from the now retired Pretties Kit. Wow…could I ever have fun making this card today with Early Espresso (in place of the Chocolate Chip) and Basic Pearls!
During April, I was in a floral mood as the dreary month of March marched into Spring!
Monochromatic Blues
It’s Bella Toile popping up again in the month of April! Its “smooched” rose and texture are my favorite elements of this card. To update, I would substitute Very Vanilla for the Whisper White cardstock, add a wider satin ribbon, lace, and maybe a few pearls or an Antique Brad.
Elements of Style
Black and white, with a pop of pink! Texture, pearls and a yummy bow! These pearls, from the now retired Pretties Kit, would today be replaced with…you guessed it…Basic Pearls!
So there you have it…my favorites for March and April! I hope that these may have given you some ideas for the year 2011. Oooh, Ann, I just love that black and pink card! So elegant! I love how you used the same stamp for the first two and got entirely different looks from them, too. Of course, the pearls just complete the package! 🙂

I just love these cards! The first one is so pretty but I could see it with your changes. Did your style really change that much or just the new stuff to work with? Probably a little bit of both but you were always there with the pearls – just more carefull on using what your had? That would be me! Gotta be a bit frugal with them before. The second card is just my favorite and I think I would prefer to have it in the ivory rather than white and a thicker ribbon maybe. Love the color combo on third card too. They are saying brown is the new black – pink and brown now? Ummm – hint, hint! Thanks for sharing. So much fun to hear your comments on your cards!

Anne so nice to see these again. I can hardly believe the first two are the same stamp. So different in color versus monochromatic. Love love love the rose…. I made many of those but used on small gift boxes as they are too hard to mail. Wish there was a way to smash them to mail,then have them magically pop back into shape when opened…. 8-).
Oh, these are fabulous! I really love the second, kinda reminds me of the antique blue and white dishes and wallpapers.

Ann, I don’t know how to spell the exclamations I have in my head right now, to explain how I feel about those cards, all three of them. Oh. My. Goodness! They are to die for! I love, love, love them!
