We Have a Muffy!
Those of you who have been following the Schach family’s quest for a new Boxer baby will be pleased to know that we (really I) have made our (my) decision. My husband and son could not agree on which little plain girl to get from this litter. Brady was adamant that he wanted Muffy #2 from this post, while my husband wanted Muffy #3. So to avoid conflict, I selected Muffy #1 with the white in her face. The other two puppies were so similar in their appearance to Missy the Boxer, that I think I made the right decision in selecting the puppy with more “bling”. And so dear readers, let me present to you “Cimarron’s Do You Know the Muffin Man”, call name “Muffy”.

This was the breeder’s “Q” litter, which explains why the video is entitled “Queen”. All eight puppies were given names which began with “Q”. Let’s just hope that I am not too old to raise this puppy! Those of you who are Boxer lovers know exactly what I am talking about! But you know what…the six months during which we were without a Boxer in our lives were six long and lonely months! Starting the end of September, let the fun begin!

OMGoodness, Muffy is already vocal at 1 week old. Get ready for a vocal girl. Just a reminder, some of that flashy white will go away as her coloring fills in. Our 11 month old’s pictures will give you an idea if you’re interested.

Muffy is Super Adorable. You made a very good choice. Nah, you’re never too old besides you’ll train each other. And you’ll enjoy your 15 mins. of fame when you come home each and every time.
Muffy is so adorable! We have always had cats and hope one day to possibly have a dog (when we retire) but we were without a cat for approx. 3 months and the house seemed so lonely. Finally a stray cat found us and he was the best “boy” ever! Have fun raising and loving your little one!

Muffy is adorable – good choice! My friend went to pick up her 7 week old Dachshund puppy tonight and came home with 2 – couldn’t leave the sister behind – so be strong when you go get Muffy! Can’t wait for the next round of baby pictures!

As for your question about whether you are too old to be raising a boxer — I say, no way!! (I’ve asked myself the same question a few times about a beagle puppy, but wouldn’t trade our Josie for anything.:)
We’re about to reach a milestone – next week she’ll have finished her shots and we can do puppy school.

Missy is the one I would have picked…she is soooo cute. Amazing how little they are. Boxers are so cute and lovable. I have 4 grandboxers!!!
Yeah, that would have been the one I had picked (at least by the pictures)! She is so cute and like Mary noted about the “gloves” which drew me to her too. What a holiday you are going to have this year!
Also, is it the spritzer tool? I want to learn how to use it before I buy one. The card looks so interesting from the sneak peak!
