Isn’t this just too cute? Today’s card is the creation of Donette Barry of Castle Rock, Colorado. As you might guess, Donette is a multiple winner of several challenges, including the Pals Paper Arts challenge. The little dress and shoes are paper pieced, while rhinestones accent the flowers. And the inside is just as adorable as the outside!
