Easy Thank You Card with Daisy Delight

When you give a handmade card, you give a little piece of yourself.  So what better way to say thank you than by giving someone a handmade card…especially when it is an easy thank you card made with the new Daisy Delight stamp set, available June 1st.

Easy Thank You Card

The Stampin’ Schach Design Tips
This finished card measures 5-1/2″ wide x 4-1/4″ high when folded.

The new Daisy Punch makes it so easy to create a flower in no time! The Daisy image was inked in Crushed Curry and stamped onto Whisper White cardstock twice. The images were then punched out and layered on top of each other. The center was stamped in Basic Black and Crushed Curry inks, and punched out with 1/2″ Circle Punch. How easy is that!

Clean and simple backgrounds are easy to create using textured impressions embossing folders.  This folder is Oh My Stars, which is available in the new catalog. Don’t you love it!

Fresh as a daisy! I know you were expecting that! Great card and one I will CASE. Jackie is such a sweet helper. Teddy is always there if I want to distress something or tear cardstock. If I forgot something upstairs and need it he is always willing to accompany me upstairs and back down. Heaven forbid he go get it for me! But, then it would be all slobbery so just as well. Something about the simple daisy just makes me happy. I love the font they used. I knew I was saving some of the brown corduroy buttons from long ago – they make look smashing on these daisies.

  7. So, so lovely in white. elegant simplicity.

  8. I love the simplicity and crispness of this beautiful card! I also wanted to express my sorrow in sweet Brody’s diagnosis. Enjoy all the moments you have with this wonderful boy. You and Brody are in my thoughts! Sending my love!

  9. The card is great (as always!), but who can resist that sweet furry boy picture? Thanks too for including the tutorials…your cards are too good not to copy!
